Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your iPlanet account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Request Return' option to receive your unique RMA number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included in the box.

• 3.
  Ship Your Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your full refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 3-5 business days.
